The Ultra-fresh BU is responsible for the Migros “ready-to-eat” range, which includes sushi, poké bowls and other Asian delicacies marketed under the Sushi Mania brand. Other items produced here include ultra-fresh sandwiches that are of bakery quality. Additional to–go products are under development.
